([http://www.hash.com/forums/index.php?s=&showtopic=33048&view=findpost&p=354928 source]) It's just an AO render...in the "Properties" of the Choreography, set the "Global Ambiance Type" to "Ambiance Color" (255, 255, 255), "Ambiance Intensity" to "80%", "Ambiance Occlusion" to "80%", the Camera background color is set to white and in the Render Options, turn "Multipass" to "On" (16 pass), "Ambiance Occlusion" to "On" and "Occlusion Sampling" to "70%" (you can set it lower for faster renders with a little more noise). This only works when there are no textures on the model.

White Render Look

Method 1 - Basic Ambiance / Ambience Occlusion

The first method is just an AO render. This method only works when there are no textures on the model.

  • Choreography
    • Property: Global Ambient Type = Global Color
      • Property: Ambiance Color = White (255, 255, 255)
      • Property: Ambiance Intensity = 80%
      • Property: Ambiance Occlusion = 80%
    • Camera
      • Property: Background = White (255, 255, 255)
      • Render Options
        • Property: Ambient Occlusion = ON
          • Property: Occlusion Sampling = 20% (up to 70% for less noise)
        • Property: Multi-Pass = On
          • Property: Passes = 4 (or 16 for better)

Method 2 - AO plus IBL

The second method builds on the AO method above by adding IBL (Image Based Lighting). The benefit of this method is that it works even if you have already textured your model. The differences are highlighted in bold below. (source)

  • Choreography
    • Property: Global Ambient Type = Global Color (Note: does not need to be set to an image.)
      • Property: Ambiance Color = White (255, 255, 255)
      • Property: Ambiance Intensity = 80%
      • Property: Ambiance Occlusion = 80%
    • Camera
      • Rotoscopes
        • White image rotoscope - IMPORTANT: This is no the Camera, not the Choreography
      • Property: Background = White (255, 255, 255)
      • Render Options
        • Property: Ambient Occlusion = ON
          • Property: Occlusion Sampling = 20% (up to 70% for less noise)
        • Property: Multi-Pass = On
          • Property: Passes = 4 (or 16 for better)
    • Object to display as white
      • Options
        • Property: Front Projection Target = ON
