Nethasp.ini setup

Nethasp.ini set up on Mac OSX 10.4.6+

You can download a sample nethasp.ini file here

the line you will need to edit is

NH_SERVER_ADDR =

The following values that can be added

IP) 

###.###.#.###

Server name)

myserver (only works with windows server names)

Url)

myserver.com (no http://)

You can add unlimited values and use multiple lines, all values are comma separated and can be entered in any order

Here is a example:

NH_SERVER_ADDR = ###.###.#.###, MYSERVER, ###.###.#.###, myserver.com

Installing the nethasp.ini on Mac

Under an admin account go to the [GO] menu then [Go to folder] in the dialog box type ‘/etc’ with out quotes. When the folder opens copy your nethasp.ini(note mac is case sensitive the file name is all lowercase) into that folder. You will have to input the admin log-in and password to copy the file over. Placing the nethasp.ini file there will allow all of the users on the machine to use the file when Animation Master starts.
