Quality
"Quality" is a subjective term. Make it objective with the three rules below:
- If you're embarrassed by your work, then the "quality" is too low.
 - If the "quality" of the other animators helping you is not acceptable, don't use their work.
 - If you're embarrassed by another Animation Director's work, then vote "no" on acceptance.

Benefits
How will you personally benefit? Well, that's up to you.
This is a real chance to get in the movie-making business. You can dream about making someone else's movie in the future, or you can be involved in making your own movie now. You give me your commitment and I will in return make this promise: I keep tabs and I'll be lookin' out for you.
