King Bal is the king of the loons, a little folk that appears in Act 2, Sequence 3.
How to animate King Bal
There's no secondary action guide for King Bal but he should be animated so that he appears overly confident and is basically in love with himself. He's King and knows it....and makes sure every one else does, too.
