Quality

"Quality" is a subjective term. Make it objective with the three rules below:

  1. If you're embarrassed by your work, then the "quality" is too low.
  2. If the "quality" of the other animators helping you is not acceptable, don't use their work.
  3. If you're embarrassed by another Animation Director's work, then vote "no" on acceptance.

Benefits

How will you personally benefit? Well, that's up to you.

This is a real chance to get in the movie-making business. You can dream about making someone else's movie in the future, or you can be involved in making your own movie now. You give me your commitment and I will in return make this promise: I keep tabs and I'll be lookin' out for you.
